Another sweating and smiling Friday night lights event this past weekend. This workout was a 13 minute AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) of 55 deadlifts, 55 wall balls, 55 calorie row and 55 handstand push ups. Whew!
Of course, we celebrated afterwards with barbeque supplied by a couple of our members.
