Married to Timmy for 15 years. Mom of (soon to be) 23 yr old identical twin daughters that live in Austin Texas. To dogs, June (black/tan coonhound) and Paislee (red tick coonhound). Richmond native my entire life. Career: Owner of Island Glow, LLC- professional spray tan company/professional-celebrity makeup artist--Career Client Highlights- Washington Redskins Cheerleaders sponsor, Carolina Panthers TopCats Cheerleaders sponsor, Miss USA, Ms Virginia, Ms Maryland Beauty Pageant sponsor, VCU Gold Rush Dancer sponsor, Skullz and Barbells Body Building Teams sponsors, WTVR Channel 6 makeup artist. What I do for fun: travel, sports fan of all sports. 4. What was your very first workout like and what did you think when you left?
Hard but loved it!!
5. What is a short term goal and a long term goal for yourself at CFPW8?
My personal goal in 2016 is to Be My Best Healthy....which not necessarily meaning a certain "weight or size" I am working towards but more that I want to tone up, which slims downs certain areas .... cuz I am pushing 50yrs old very soon and I want to be in the best shape as I can possibly be and maintain as a way of life---and I really WANT THOSE LEGS on those gals I see at Crossfit!! OMGOSH.....I wasn't blessed with tight tone legs BUT damn if I am going to keep coming to see if you miracles can happen!! ha ha
5. Whats your favorite meal? SPAGHETTI...I can eat this every day for the rest of my life and NEVER get bored.
