Join Us On Memorial Day for "Murph"

Memorial Day Murph this Monday. Come honor Murph and our other fallen soldiers by performing : 1 mile run • 100 pull-ups • 200 push ups • 300 squats • 1 mile run • wearing a 25lb vest (this workout can obviously be modified any many ways ). We will not have regular class times but will run heats starting at 9am and 10am. Happy Memorial Day !
