#careforpets New Sweat Angels Charity for February!

This February, you can help provide a home to a neglected pet just by checking in on Facebook at Crossfit Pushin Weight. Every 5 check-ins will provide an hour of care for a shelter animal! We’ve partnered with Sweat Angels and Best Friends Animal Society to make homeless pets a thing of the past. Don’t forget to add a picture of your own pet to your check-in! In addition, we are collecting goods for a local shelter Southside SPCA (http://southsidespca.org) through out the month!  They are needing:

• Extra-large trash bags


• Paper towels


• Liquid hand soap


• Spray surface cleaner


• Laundry detergent (HE only)


• Canned dog food and shredded canned cat food


• Cat Litter (non-clumping variety)


• Bleach, mops


• Collars and harnesses


• Metal water pails (2 gallon)


• “Kuranda” dog beds – We selected these chew-proof, off-the-floor beds because they are comfortable (particularly for our older dogs) and easy to clean.
